NewCold is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead our in office warehouse operation at our innovative Coaldale facility. In this role, you will drive performance, develop leaders, strengthen customer service, and support a culture built on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Role Snapshot: As Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership for warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused performance. You will oversee people, process, service delivery, and operational results while working closely with the Site Manager and cross-functional teams to support business goals. supported, and accountable for results Champion high standards in health, safety, quality, environment, cleanliness, and housekeeping Partner with customers, carriers, peers, and internal stakeholders to solve problems and improve service delivery Act quickly and professionally when process deviations, quality concerns, or service risks arise 5+ years of operations management experience, ideally in warehousing, logistics, food distribution, cold storage, or a related environment ~ A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field ~ A leadership style that is visible, approachable, and focused on coaching, developing, and engaging employees ~ Experience managing operational performance, budgets, KPIs, planning, stock control, and profit and loss responsibilities ~ Confidence using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook ~ Experience with SharePoint; MLS experience is considered an asset ~ A valid Class 5 driver’s licence It is an opportunity to lead in one of Canada’s most advanced cold storage environments while shaping team performance, customer service, and operational results.
