As an HSE Programs Coordinator for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you'llwork under the direction of the Director, HSE Programs and HSE Programs Leads and supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, standards, and initiatives. This role provides research, analysis, program development, documentation, and implementation support to help ensure solutions are practical, well-executed, and aligned with organizational needs.

The HSE Programs Coordinator collaborates with operational partners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, develop supporting resources, and support the successful implementation and sustainment of HSE programs across the organization. Develop and maintain HSE programs, procedures, guidance documents, templates, tools, and other supporting resources.

Develop implementation materials and resources to support the successful adoption of new and revised programs. Track program activities, deliverables, risks, and action items to support implementation efforts. Collect, analyze, and report information to support program evaluation, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety is an asset. ~2-5 years of HSE, operational, or related business experience. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office;

experience with Power BI, SharePoint, AI tools, or project management platforms is an asset. ~ Construction or industrial experience is an asset.
