The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Provide efficient service while maintaining exceptional customer service standards for Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre and Tim Hortons Manage the shift by ensuring team members are properly positioned, prepared and have the tools and products required to succeed Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet, including completing required checklists, counting floats, processing deposits, identifying deficiencies and correcting them Use positioning charts to assign primary and secondary duties for staff during each shift and follow up to ensure tasks are completed Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, promotions, product availability and operational updates Operate cash registers and process accurate customer payments, including
