Help students excel in math at Oxford Learning Cambridge as a part-time Math Teacher-Tutor. Support learners in Grades 5-10 with confidence while following Oxford Learning's proven methods.
In this part-time role, candidates will engage students primarily during after-school and evening hours. The successful applicant will possess strong math skills and an understanding of the Ontario curriculum for Grades 5-10. This is an in-person position focused on fostering students’ math confidence through tailored instruction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach three students simultaneously at different skill levels
• Use provided materials for individualized math instruction
• Follow proprietary Oxford Learning methodologies




• Encourage student independence and confidence in learning
• Communicate progress with the Education Team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
• Solid knowledge of Grades 5-10 math curriculum
• Experience in teaching or tutoring math
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to engage students with diverse needs
