In this inaugural position within the Engineering Career Centre, you will expand co-op offerings for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Your expertise in experiential learning and partnerships will be essential for promoting and negotiating international work terms. Collaborating with a network of industry leaders will enhance student experiences and foster valuable connections. Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with international employers and partners
- Conduct analysis on labor market trends for programming




- Promote co-op programs at various industry events
- Coordinate information sessions and workshops
- Support students with career development and work placements

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years in academic experiential learning environments
- Proven experience in business development planning
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
