Journeypersons

Certification with FSR or Apprentice / Licensed 309A or 309C with a valid Master Electrician License Familiarity with Residential and Generac Generator applications, HVAC and Plumbing (Asset) Strong customer service skills and good communication skills An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive,

Lead in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure Complete general and specific Electrical inspections ~ Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home ~ Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded electricians.
