Our electrical division is buzzing with a massive backlog of industrial work. We need a skilled Journeyperson Electrician who hits the ground running, works independently, and mentors eager apprentices. Ditch the camp rotation grind for steady, local NW Edmonton hours. Enjoy a solid crew, predictable daily routines, and long-term stability with zero fluff.
Location: NW Edmonton primary site, plus occasional local Nisku/Oil & Gas visits.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (home every night for dinner).
Terms: Full-time, permanent role with an endless pipeline of active projects.
Permanent Stability: Secure a long-term core role rather than a short project.
Top Pay & Local Hours: $38–$40/hr with predictable daytime hours. No camp living.
Total Autonomy: Manage your site freely without annoying micromanagement.
Team Leadership: Mentor rising apprentices and showcase your master trade skills. Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and recent light industrial/commercial builds. Operate JLG boom lifts and elevated work platforms safely across active sites. Direct apprentices and execute blueprints, material planning, and field fixes independently.
Alberta Journeyperson
Ticket or Interprovincial Red Seal required.
Experience: Proven history in commercial maintenance and light industrial settings.
Ready to trade fly-in camp life for strong pay and daily home time? Join a team that respects your expertise and offers genuine long-term career growth.
