Broadstreet Properties is hiring a Full Time Permanent Journeyman Plumber who’s ready to step into a stable, full-time role with consistent, year-round work. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across our multi-family residential communities within planned schedules. Tend to the maintenance and preventative maintenance programs, including maintaining and cleaning of all plumbing equipment Test repaired equipment for proper performance Maintain a supply of regularly used parts and filters in stock, ordering replenishment as necessary Propose changes or modifications to plans to enhance operation and efficiency of systems plans and specifications for sanitation facilities assign tasks and projects Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance and repair techniques Train site staff on mechanical systems Ability to travel between multiple sites Red Seal Plumber certification Accepting application for Level 3 and 4 plumbers Experience as a Journeyman/Journeyperson Plumber Experience servicing boilers,



hot water tanks and make up air units Effective communication both verbally and in writing Proficient computer skills You will be eligible to receive wages starting from $35.20 to $44.00 per hour*, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
