In this crucial role, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents in a company vehicle to various activities and outings. As a Bus Driver, you will assist residents while entering and exiting the vehicle, all while establishing meaningful relationships with them and their families. Engaging in training and attending staff meetings will also be essential duties to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport residents to scheduled events and activities
• Assist residents with mobility aids as needed




• Maintain positive relationships with residents and families
• Attend required training to improve resident care
• Uphold and promote resident rights and responsibilities
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong English communication skills
• Empathy and patience in resident interactions
• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
