- Lead and engage the crew on diverse job sites
- Oversee framing and finish carpentry tasks
- Read architectural drawings and prevent project delays
- Facilitate crew coordination and subtrade activities
- Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years in residential and commercial construction
- Proficient in framing and finishing carpentry
- Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Valid G driver's license and vehicle essential
- Understands job site safety practices and regulations
