Assist in installing, inspecting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments Assist in assembling machinery and supporting equipment installation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop Communicate effectively between shifts and with team members Follow and support all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety requirements Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, CI, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent Enrollment in or completion of the trade school portion of a Millwright apprenticeship Willingness to complete required internal training programs Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial environments Bonus Points If You Have: Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics,
