Lead, motivate and support a team of approximately 60 employees. Set clear expectations for professionalism, performance and client service. Coach employees and address performance issues when required.

Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training. Handle client concerns professionally and ensure appropriate service recovery. Monitor and maintain the overall presentation and standards of the spa.

Oversee the daily operation of the spa and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage staffing, scheduling and daily coverage. Ensure policies, procedures, safety standards and service standards are followed.

Monitor supplies, equipment and facility needs.

Sales & Business Performance: Monitor daily and monthly sales and business performance. Support the team in achieving sales and service goals. Work with ownership on promotions, initiatives and business improvements. 3–5+ years of management experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, wellness or high-end service environment. ~ Experience managing a large team;
