You will lead a diverse team and connect with internal and external partners to enhance professional standards in health care. This role requires travel to various sites and effective communication skills to drive collaboration and achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and evaluate practice-related initiatives for health professionals




- Collaborate with academic institutions and regulatory bodies
- Lead team meetings to facilitate outcomes
- Assess and implement changes in complex health care settings
- Promote quality and safety improvements throughout the organization

Requirements:

- Master's degree in a health-related field
- Seven years of progressive management experience
- Current registration with a regulatory body
- Valid BC Driver's License
- Strong leadership and communication skills
