MoveSmart Rentals is seeking an On-Site Leasing Administrator to support leasing and resident retention at a designated residential building. You will conduct property tours, assist with applications and leasing documentation, and help maintain occupancy.
You will manage renewal outreach, communicate with residents, and identify opportunities to retain tenants who may be considering moving, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver solid resident experiences.
