Company is a true farm-to-table company with operations that touch every aspect of agriculture, including seed production, farming and ranching, plant sciences, fertilizer manufacturing, food processing, commercial product development, and distribution. This position is responsible for operating equipment in the main formed processing line and performing upstream grading functions to meet operational goals and customer specifications. Ensures system control points within each unit operation are monitored and adjusted appropriately to meet operational goals and customer specifications.

Coordinates the line flow through processing functions including, but not limited to: peeler, blanching, ingredient addition, drying, frying, freezing, budget pounds, recovery, oil usage, retail percent, and energy conservation. Ensure that other process data is monitored and recorded in Manufacturing Management Suite [MMS]. Uses process control to maintain uniformity, color, texture, solids, product temperatures, defect loading, weights, and freezing.

Ensures information entered in Manufacturing Management Suite [MMS] is correct. Reports food safety and safety hazards to proper personnel and follows up to ensure corrections.



Ensures no injuries to self or others by following protected work practices and policies.

Ensure self-compliance with Company policies and procedures. Ensures attendance and participation in training activities appropriate to the position and to incorporate acquired skills and knowledge. Conduct oneself in a professional manner and ensure personal appearance meets the standards necessary to perform the job functions while representing the Company.

High School

Diploma or GED Must be able to work with analytical testing equipment, such as pH meters, scales, Agtron, graduated cylinders, etc. Must be able to work with hazardous chemicals. Must demonstrate basic computer skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
