We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Operator to join our team in Edmonton, AB.

This is a part-time weekend shift position. In this role, you will work in a team setting to deliver high-quality products that meet cost and performance targets. You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a cleanroom manufacturing setting.

Shift Details

Saturday & Sunday - 7pm to 7am Monday, or Friday - 11:15pm to 7:15am Perform assigned work in compliance with quality standards and operating procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, health and safety standards, and on-time delivery goals. Conduct routine calibrations, qualifications,



and equipment setups to maintain optimal performance.

Manage time and equipment usage efficiently to achieve production objectives. Promote teamwork across shifts and foster a positive work environment focused on quality and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements in efficiency, profitability, material utilization, and tool usage.

Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and team regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost issues. Assist in updating work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation. Support process development and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Adhere to and recommend improvements for the 5S+1 program and contamination control protocols. Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership qualities. At Teledyne MEMS, you'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
