Strata Hotel is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts at Kingston's Strata Hotel. You will develop relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients and drive room, meeting, and event revenue.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will own the sales process, collaborate with operations, and represent the hotel at events. This role requires hands-on leadership in a small, independent hotel environment and a robust track record in hospitality sales.
