In this role, you will identify service growth opportunities, expand the clinic’s impact and continually enhance the patient experience.
Using clinic performance measures, you’ll celebrate successes, identify opportunities for coaching and improvement, and partner with clinic and regional leadership to support strong financial and operational performance. A patient-first mindset and commitment to high-quality, evidence-informed care. Strong communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
A genuine interest in coaching, mentoring and developing others. The ability to provide constructive feedback and navigate performance conversations. An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in clinic growth and business development.
