- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Professionally assist technicians, staff, visitors, and patients.
- Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of all staff, and patient information.
- Schedule & reschedule appointments of patients.
- Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
- Should have BCLS, WHIMS and other required certifications.
10 Willing to learn PACS ( Velox ).
- Must have good communication skills.
- Willing to work weekdays and or weekend ( if needed )
Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
