Northumberland Hills Hospital is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (MSW) to provide therapy-based mental health services to individuals and groups with a responsible mental illness within the Mental Health Department. The role includes service navigation, case management and community engagement, plus collaboration with partners to ensure access to housing, food, health care and transportation.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, current registration, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication
