Insurance is looking for an Branch Manager to help lead our team and keep the branch running smoothly. You’ll support day-to-day operations, coach your colleagues, and help us deliver the kind of service our clients can count on.

Position: Branch Manager Job Type: In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent Manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Contribute to the execution of the annual business plan, driving individual and team performance to achieve set goals and targets. Lead onboarding initiatives, ensuring new team members receive comprehensive training, seamless integration, and feel included within the organizational culture.

Coach and support team members through regular feedback, performance conversations, and day-to-day guidance. Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Uphold organizational values, nurture an inclusive and accountable workplace, and build robust relationships with clients and the broader insurance community.

Level 3 General Insurance License required. CIP, CAIB, or other relevant industry designations considered an asset Experience leading or mentoring others in a personal lines insurance setting; formal supervisory experience is an asset.
