As Office

Director, you’ll build on BBA’s long-standing relationships with clients while leading the continued growth of our presence in Labrador West. John’s office director, you’ll guide office operations, develop the local team and drive business development across the region. Leveraging your leadership, network and industry knowledge, you’ll help expand BBA’s footprint in both the mining and metals sectors and emerging renewable energy markets, supported by significant investment in the region.

You’ll also champion the diversification of our services by growing environmental, water management and earth sciences capabilities while strengthening relationships with local communities, Indigenous partners and regional stakeholders. This is an opportunity to lead a talented, multidisciplinary team, contribute to the region’s sustainable development and play a key role in shaping BBA’s future growth in Newfoundland and Labrador. You’ll report to the Vice-President, Québec and Atlantic Operations, and oversee daily office operations while contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives and long-term success.

Continue to expand on BBA’s long standing partnerships with local mining clients Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of project opportunities in the region Prepare annual office budgets, implement strategies aligned with the firm’s strategic plan and assess objectives based on KPIs Recruit top talent,
