We are looking for RMT's with a strong interest in treating in an orthopedic, post operative and MSK clinical setting. We are a fast paced workplace with referral sources from the community, physicians, surgeons and a strong digital presence. Compensation A base hourly wage for client facing and non-client facing hours (min 6 hours/shift). On top of that, you earn a commission per client hour. Earn up to $2000/year in quarterly bonuses. $500-$1000 in Education Allowances for post graduate courses(or towards Registration fees) Guaranteed yearly cost of living adjustments+ Plus earn increases in compensation by meeting performance targets First year compensation potential on a 34 hour FT (80% booked) schedule is valued at $80,000 Plus In-house wellness privileges, and exclusive staff discounts Yearly health spending
