Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic support for emotional and physical needs
• Implement individualized support plans and strategies
• Assist with personal care and hygiene as required




• Maintain a clean and supportive living environment
• Apply Trauma-Informed Care and Harm Reduction practices
Requirements:
• Certificate or degree in relevant field
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in community support settings
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation
