In this full-time position, you will collaborate closely with diverse teams to enhance Indigenous engagement, drive business development, and support reconciliation efforts. Your efforts will create lasting value for clients and Indigenous partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with Indigenous communities
• Represent Pinchin at cultural gatherings and community meetings
• Guide project teams on Indigenous engagement and planning




• Support mining proposals and Indigenous participation strategies
• Identify opportunities for procurement and local service delivery
Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in Indigenous studies or related field
• Experience with Indigenous communities or organizations
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada
