Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales and performance objectives.
- Assist customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs.
- Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
- Participate in training and share product feedback and opportunities with management.

Requirements

- Retail or similar experience is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
