Candidates will work directly with children, applying Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies under the direction of a Senior Therapist. Prior experience in implementing ABA procedures is essential, as well as strong communication skills and organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement ABA strategies at client homes
- Record and graph session data accurately
- Follow the client’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
- Communicate regularly with parents and team members
- Arrive prepared and on time for sessions

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months relevant experience
- College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Access to reliable transportation
- Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
