In this role, you'll be the critical link between our drivers, customers, and operations team, ensuring that routes run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and communication flows efficiently.We transport community members with various accessibility needs throughout the city 365 days a year. You're a natural communicator, a problem solver, and someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.What You'll DoMonitor daily service delivery using RideCo and associated operational systemsCoordinate trip assignments and support operators throughout service hoursSupport operational efficiency through proactive problem-solvingAssist customers with trip bookings, cancellations, modifications, and service inquiriesMonitor schedules and identify system issues impacting service deliveryProvide information regarding service availability, eligibility requirements, trip status,



and operating proceduresDeliver professional, courteous, and customer-focused serviceReceive, document, and gather information regarding customer complaints, compliments, and service concernsComplete dispatch logs and operational records accurately and completelyMaintain records related to customer requests, incidents, service disruptions, and operational issuesWhat We're Looking ForSecondary school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum one year of experience in dispatching, customer service, transportation, logistics, call centre operations, or a related fieldExperience with computerized scheduling or dispatch systems is considered an assetExperience using RideCo or similar transportation software is considered an assetStrong organizational and multitasking skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and make decisions under pressureProfessional and effective communication in both English and FrenchProficient in Microsoft OfficePossess good geographic knowledge of Greater SudburyA positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethicCriminal record check/vulnerable sector screening requiredKeeping people moving starts with great dispatchers.
