What is the Prospect? The Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our expanding sales team and make an impact in music education across Canada, US, and globally. We are looking for candidates who thrive in prospecting new business opportunities and engage with existing clients for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will be part of a growing team that will be the driving force of RCM’s ambitious growth plan aligned with its strategic directions. Business Development Representatives (BDRs) play a key role in generating new business opportunities across RCM Learning Systems portfolio—including the RCM Certificate Program, Smart Start (RCM's early childhood education program offering), and RCM publications. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective partners such as music teachers, studios, schools, early learning centres, and music retailers.
