Operations Part Time London, ON $17.95 CAD per hour

We are looking for a Guest Services Agent to join our team in London, Ontario. Based at either Luxe London or Masonville Yards , this role will be focused on delivering an exceptional experience for residents and guests within our luxury student residential communities.

This is an opportunity for someone who is service-focused, professional and approachable , and enjoys being the person residents can rely on for assistance.

What You'll Do

- Provide a warm, skilled and welcoming experience for residents, guests and prospective residents.
- Act as a key point of contact for resident questions, requests and concerns.
- Manage front desk operations, building access and support security procedures.
- Provide residents with information about building amenities, services and the surrounding area.
- Assist with amenity bookings, resident events, move-ins and move-outs.
- Respond to resident concerns professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

- Work collaboratively with the broader property team to deliver a high standard of resident service.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge,



front desk or residential services.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, friendly and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is an asset.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends based on operational needs.

This is a part-time, hourly position paid at minimum wage . Shifts may include weekdays and weekends, with typical hours of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., or 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
