As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at our Franklin Stationlocation in Calgary and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members.

Medication

Management:Develop, monitor, and adjust health plans (drug and non-drug) in collaboration with other health professionals. Manage chronic disease therapies, offer screening programs,



and support substance misuse and abuse treatment. Supervision:Direct pharmacy staff and technicians to ensure safe and professional services. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.

Valid

License with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) in good standing. Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection is usually required or considered an asset; Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (essential) and a clean Criminal Record Check.

Experience using electronic health records (e.g., Kroll) and medication order entry systems.
