Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Centre de Formation d'Airbus Canada chargée de concevoir, mettre en place et fournir la meilleure formation de pilote et le meilleur soutien aux opérations de vol afin de garantir un fonctionnement sécuritaire, efficace et performant des avions d'Airbus.

- Formation sur simulateur ou vérification sur simulateur pour Airbus Canada, principalement à Dorval, Canada

- The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Type III Pilot Instructor to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will represent Airbus Canada in front of the customers, operators and authorities. You will be part of the Airbus Canada Training Centre responsible for conceiving, building and delivering the best flight training and flight operations support to ensure the safe efficient and effective operation of the Airbus Aircraft.

Your role as Type III Pilot Instructor will be to act as Type Rating Instructor / flight instructor aircraft for Airbus Canada and provide: Line training or Line checking for Airbus A220

- Simulator training or simulator checking for Airbus Canada, mainly in Dorval, Canada
- Support to TFOS community (Training & Flight Operations Services)

Conduct best possible training & checking according to your qualifications within Airbus Canada Training, to ensure a safe and productive Entry-into-service and operation of Airbus A220 (BD-500) aircraft: In classroom and/or equivalent (e.g. virtual classroom). Work on different projects on demand in the frame of TFOS
- Represent Airbus Canada Training and Manufacturer in front of the customer: Support the customer, especially during the flight period, in order to ensure the entry into service, the safety, etc.
- Coordination with the airline. Hold an ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) aircraft issued by either EASA, TCCA or FAA
- Hold a Valid EASA TRI, FAA Flight Instructor Aircraft or TCCA Instructor Appointment issued by a Canadian Operator on BD-500
- Hold a Valid Medical Class 1 in accordance with the respective Hold ATPL requirement, e.g. Hold a minimum English Language Proficiency Rating of 4
- You are fluent in English
- A minimum of 3 000 hours on Jet Large aircraft above 50t MTOW
- A minimum of 1 000 hours as Captain on Airbus Aircraft
- A minimum of 500 hours instructor experience in FFS on large aircraft
- Qualified (current) and experienced as Captain and Flight Instructor on BD-500
- You have examiner experience (an asset)
- You have significant Commercial Airline Experience
- Evidence base training / Competences Base Training Assessment expertise is required
- You are project management minded
- You have managerial experience (an asset)
