This full-time position focuses on creating, implementing, and analyzing effective clinical policy documents while ensuring patient and staff safety. As the Policy Development Lead, you will report to the Manager and partner with various program areas to maintain and develop policy frameworks at Island Health.

Your role is crucial for ensuring each policy document is evidence-based and well-managed. You'll engage with stakeholders, aiding in the communication and evaluation of these important guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance of clinical and corporate policy documents

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in health discipline or public policy
- Minimum 5 years related experience, 2 in policy development
