and systems.Provide financial and regulatory reporting guidance to delivery leads and project managers on interdependencies, risks, issues, and key decisions.Support change management initiatives, including training, communications, post-implementation planning, and related activities aligned with business strategy.Provide backup support for monthly BAU responsibilities, as required.Contribute to financial and regulatory reporting activities.Department Overview :This role reports to the Senior Manager. Qualifications :5–10 years of finance experience, preferably within the insurance industry.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and identify opportunities to add value with minimal oversight.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results in a responsive manner.Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely with diverse stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Excel and Copilot.Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week.
