Amico Corporation, a medical manufacturing company in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is hiring an IT Support Technician. The role requires MCP certification, a college diploma, and at least 2 years of IT experience. Fluency in English is essential. Responsibilities include Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server environments, ERP systems (SAP, BV, Spire), and basic networking (VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Cisco Meraki).
