Our Ajax client, an established insulation component supplier, is looking for a General Labourer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

- Remove finished plastic products from machines and production lines
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects before packaging
- Perform product assembly and insulation installation as required
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Replenish raw materials and production supplies into machinery
- Measure products using rulers, measuring tapes, and other measuring devices to ensure specifications are met
- Assist with loading, unloading, stacking, and organizing finished goods
- Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or production concerns
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work environment
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous General Labour, Warehouse, or Manufacturing experience
- Able to accurately read and use rulers, measuring tapes,



and measuring devices
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Safety boots required
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs

Bonus Qualifications:

- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (asset)
- Machine operator experience in a production environment (asset)

Compensation and Hours:

- Monday to Friday
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm
- Pay Rate: $18.35 per hour
