Location: On-site at our head office at 5085 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC, V5J 0J2 (occasionally at 1575 Vernon Drive, Vancouver, BC, V6A 3P8) AM shift 6:30am - 3pm (with occasional overtime) Full-time permanent Oxygen8 is seeking an experienced and people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our morning shift manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supporting Team Leads, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse,



and Production teams to ensure materials, resources, and schedules are aligned to meet customer demand and production targets. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing manufacturing organization while helping build innovative products that improve indoor air quality and sustainability across North America. You are a leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating an workplace where teams can succeed.

Lead and support four Team Leads and production support personnel of about 30 people through regular coaching and development conversations. Coordinate daily production schedules and workforce planning to ensure production targets are met. Develop a strong understanding of Oxygen8's product lines and manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials and resources are available to support production activities. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to support production demand. Review production documentation and release work orders to the Warehouse team.

Approve employee attendance records, vacation requests, and time reporting. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new manufacturing team members.



Champion 5S principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

Support annual performance review processes and employee development activities. Monitor and contribute to key production metrics and operational KPIs. Create and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient manufacturing processes.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other production-related systems.

Positive leadership style with a passion for building strong teams and delivering results.

Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or 5S methodologies is considered an asset.
