Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through construction administration.
- Coordinate design development with engineers, consultants, and contractors.

- Conduct site inspections, review shop drawings, and resolve construction-related issues.




- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications effectively.

Requirements

- Skilled Architect qualification (PrArch) with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in managing architectural projects through all phases.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong technical documentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of South African building codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
