This in-office role demands a proactive approach to coordinating furniture initiatives, overseeing facility projects, and managing daily work requests.

You'll engage with stakeholders and vendors to effectively support workplace operations. Your blend of planning, problem-solving, and coordination will ensure smooth project execution contributing to member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate furniture design assessments and space utilization initiatives
- Partner with architects and furniture providers on workspace solutions




- Manage service requests using ServiceNow for timely execution
- Assist with departmental relocations and scheduling
- Maintain accurate furniture inventory records and budget tracking

Requirements:

- High school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Post-secondary education in Project Management or related fields is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
