Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies Track orders and ensure timely delivery Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Manage any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request for Proposals). Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

Maintain updated records of purchased products,



delivery information and invoices Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs based on quarterly and annual numbers Review quality of purchased products Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Full time, permanent position. This is a Direct Hire opportunity 2-3 years exposure to production buying, planning, scheduling, dispatching, or workflow coordination ~ Understanding of manufacturing practices, goods, materials, supplies ~ Experience using ERP systems or production software is considered an asset Robust critical thinking, planning, and procurement skills Work well with a small Supply Chain team of 2-3 others, within an organization of 40-50 employees
