The mission of the Interior Design Department is to bring our brand to life through visually compelling, functional, and cohesive physical spaces to enhance how the space feels. Aritzia is growing and our Interior Design team is growing with it. As a Senior Manager/Manager of Interior Design, you will lead the development of the layout, specifications, visualizations, ordering and on-site styling to ensure cohesive alignment with design, timelines, and operational requirements of each space.

With your valuable contribution to the business in this role, the opportunities are endless — from a rewarding career in the Interior Design Department to continued growth with Aritzia. Develop and detail interior design layouts aligned with creative vision, spatial planning, and standards. Create and manage interior design specifications ensuring compliance and alignment with project tiers.

Produce visualizations to clearly communicate design intent and project aesthetics. Oversee budgeting and ordering of interior design elements, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization. Lead on-site styling to accurately realize the design vision through strategic placement of elements.

Manage inventory to maintain availability and support project needs. Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Interior Design Proven skills, certifications,
