Our energy sector client is seeking a Intermediate Supply Chain Analyst to support Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) and contract onboarding and reporting

Calgary-based office. Candidates will be in-office 5 day/week in downtown Calgary

Must Haves

- 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or Contractor Administrator with Oil and Gas experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis
- Experience working with multiple systems, large datasets , and complex business processes .
- Experience in Financial reconciliation and investigation of cost, invoice, and purchase order discrepancies

Solid Nice to Have

- Experience using SAP for purchase orders, invoices, reporting, and supply chain transactions
- Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of contractor management and LEM processes
- Experience in energy, industrial, construction, or project-based environments

Responsibilities

- Support contractor and LEM onboarding activities, system setup, and process coordination
- Maintain contractor, supplier, and supply chain records across multiple systems
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in costs, invoices, and purchase order activity
- Review purchase order balances and identify root causes of invoicing and cost variances
- Monitor Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and data sources to identify trends, exceptions, and risks
- Validate supporting documentation for cost accuracy, allocation, and contractual compliance
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, contractors,



and suppliers to resolve operational issues
