In this onsite role in Mississauga, Ontario, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to manage full recruitment cycle activities, from intake meetings and candidate sourcing/assessment through to onboarding. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination Proactively source candidates and develop an effective pipeline of external talent and actively maintain engagement of pipeline Provide hiring managers with candidate feedback and recruitment data to support informed hiring decisions Create a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the recruitment process Build and maintain relationships with colleges, industry associations,



and community partners to support future hiring needs Minimum of 3-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in autobody collision repair, automotive repair or manufacturing industry Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven ability to recruit for a range of positions on a national, multi-location level Good knowledge of provincial legislation governing employee recruitment, selection, and hiring Proven ability to manage high volume of openings, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexible and adaptable to change Excellent customer service and relationship building skills The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 (please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity) Aviva Canada may use AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to assist us throughout the recruitment process to screen, assess or select applicants for a position.
