You will assist individuals with a wide range of motor vehicle-related services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, accurately, and with a smile. it's an opportunity to become a trusted resource for the community and help streamline their interactions with the Registry.

Customer Advocacy: Be the face of the Registry, offering a warm welcome to each visitor and ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit.

Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on motor vehicle regulations, processes, and documentation requirements, making complex procedures accessible and understandable for customers. Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly,



demonstrating empathy and creative problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and procedures, receiving one-on-one training and reading policy to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive work workplace, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall customer service. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping people. Ability to adapt to new technologies and software systems.
