About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in helping organizations fundamentally rethink and redesign their business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in cost, quality, service, and speed. You will analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, optimized processes. Lead the assessment and redesign of core business processes across various functional areas. Map current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Develop future state process designs that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Create implementation plans and support clients through the transition to new processes. Utilize process modeling tools and analytical techniques to define and quantify improvements.



Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote setting. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process re-engineering, operations consulting, or a related field. Proven expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex process challenges into actionable solutions.
