Express Employment Professionals is looking for a CNC Specialty Machinist for a busy and reputable Machine Shop in St. Catharines. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring solid attention to detail, 3-5 years machining experience and familiarity with 5-axis Milling, Turning Machines, DMG Mills and CMM operation specifically.

Responsibilities:

• CNC Machine Operation (Milling, Turning, Grinding, Cylindrical grinding, 5-axis)
• Machine and equipment maintenance
• Interpret shop drawings and perform math to verify specifics
• Accurate completion of projects and tasks in a timely manner

Skills for Success:

• 3-5 years Machine Operation experience
• CMM Experience *ASSET
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks throughout the day
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Initiative and ability to see a task to completion in a timely manner

Schedule: Day Shift (Mon - Friday) and Afternoon Shifts (4 x10hr shifts Mon - Thu) – Rotating Bi-Weekly

$25.00 - $32.00/hour depending on experience
