- Supervise and support maintenance staff daily
- Assign and prioritize repair activities based on need

- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate work orders and inspection recordsRequirements:
- Valid Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in mechanics
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment
