Sephora Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Retail to manage the full-cycle recruitment for our store network. You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers nationwide to attract, source, and hire top retail talent.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for in-store leadership roles, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and support hiring strategies and events across Canada. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.
