Business Development

Representative II As a Business Development Representative II, you will help Duck Creek create new pipeline with property and casualty insurers. You will research target accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, respond to qualified inbound interest,



generate meetings at industry tradeshows, and lead introductory conversations that help determine fit and next steps. Conducting proactive outreach activities daily through calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagements.

Conducting exploratory conversations with prospective customers, illustrating how our products align with their distinct business objectives. Diligently tracking and documenting all activities within CRM and Sales Engagement tools. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and controls while balancing speed, quality, cost, and risk.

Help drive analysis, problem solving, and decision support using relevant data and subject matter expertise.

Business Development

Representative experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field preferred. Interest in sales development, sales or marketing. Any experience or internship with software, or technology-enabled services is a plus. Adaptability in a dynamic global software company environment Ability to learn new systems, tools, methods, and business processes quickly.

Travel: 0-10%: Schedule will be hybrid (remote and in-person) and will require some in-person work from our Mississauga Office.

The expected salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 CAD, which reflects a good-faith estimate of the compensation range Duck Creek Technologies would expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable provincial laws. This position may also be eligible for annual bonus compensation, subject to plan terms and individual eligibility.
