Dexterra Group is hiring a Supervisor, Customer Care to lead frontline teams in a fast-paced airport workplace, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding hospitality, professionalism and efficiency across shifts.
You will train staff, handle customer complaints/escalations, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliant operations while maintaining safety and service standards for Pearson travellers. Salary for this role is CAD 40–42K per year.
